Signature from Disney Characters

We went to Hong Kong Disneyland last weekend. It was my son’s first international trip. We waited that long, he’s now 10 years old because one: I don’t want to waste an expensive vacation - he’ll surely forget the experience if he’s still too young and two: I don’t like the idea of carrying him around, I also want to enjoy the trip.

I’ve been to Disney World in Florida a few years back. Hong Kong Disneyland is just a quarter in size compared with Disney World. But still, I had more fun in Hong Kong because my son was with me.

Minnie Mouse minnie signature

He bought a notebook, autograph booklets were out-of-stock, where the Disney characters can put their signature. He doesn’t actually want to have his picture taken with the girl characters but why waste the chance of me and him and Minnie Mouse together, right?

It is indeed practical to travel with grown up kids for the mother kids' sake. hirap nga naman to enjoy lalo na sa disney kong u'r carrying a kid and right, the baby wouldn't recall the fun

My daughter is a four year old and she is already talking about Disneyland to see her favorite characters. As what you said, taking them a bit older is a wiser decision because it will be hard for them to erase those memories:) Cool, what a lucky son you have there...

I agree it is always best to save those types of vacations until they are older and can remember them. We went to Disney World in Florida in 2005. Our whole family went and we celebrated our Christmas there. It was the best fun.

I feel the same with traveling to kiddie theme parks, sis. My daughter naman is NOT into Disney characters so yung disney, di masyadong attractive sa amin. :)

But you must have had a lot of fun with that recent escapade you've had! :)

Was here for PF! You're welcome to stop by mine as wel! ;-)

That's great! I'm sure he enjoyed and won't forget that moment. We are planning also next year to take our kids there before proceeding to our final destination. So we are forward to that time.

Traveling with a grown up kid is a wise decision.

But, this November, I'll be going to HK Disneyland with 2 years old baby girl. We'll bring her there for her birthday.

Disney land is a great place for kids, family and everyone who is young at heart. A few years more to go we will also go to this place :)
