Trying to lose weight?

Try apple cider vinegar. I first heard about it at Female Network's Girl Talk forum. The girls' swear that this vinegar does wonders to their face. I wanted to try it but got fearful that it might burn my face.

Then my aunt told my sister to use apple cider vinegar to lose weight. Everyone in her office takes a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar mixed with a teaspoon of water in the morning. Apparently the said vinegar, aside from weight loss, is very beneficial to our health.

Since I want to lose some extra pounds, I researched about the health benefits of apple cider vinegar.
Vinegar (and other acidic liquids) have long been proposed as agents to enable weight loss, one proposed mechanism is that it prolongs the sensation of satiety after eating. A 2009 study on mice showed that consuming acetic acid (the active component in ACV), upregulates the expression of genes for fatty acid oxidation enzymes in the liver causing a suppression in body fat accumulation. ~Wikipedia

I actually drink this in the morning for years now. This is how I take it: 1 teaspoon with a glass of water.

I havenlt shared it pa to my readers. Effective din siguro talaga. I used to be big din.
