nothing to write?

There are days when I can’t think of anything to write, like right now.

blank-mind writers block

I can categorize my blogs into personal and informative. I have two personal blogs and this is where I write my most inner thoughts as well as the daily happening in my life. The info blogs, I have 8, are niche blogs where I share information that I myself have just read or learned. More time is needed to write a single post on my niche blogs compared with my personal blogs. For my niche blogs, I have to do some extensive research so as not to give wrong information to people. My personal blog, all I have to do is recall the things that happened to me and voila - new blog post!

As I've said, there are days when my mind goes blank - can’t think of anything to write. So what do I do when that happens? For my personal blog, I turn to twitter and read my previous tweets. There was a time when I tweeted about a certain book that I read  and it gave me an inspiration on what to write.

For my information blogs, I update my iPod’s news applications and sync it to my Read Me Later app and I’m good to go - even without WiFi connection. My favorite news apps are Pulse News, Flipboard and World News.

Do you have days like mine also? What do you usually do to solve the my-mind-is-blank-today problem?

My artprojects are usually based from my researches. I find things that are costly to do and turn it into a simple, costless and eco-friendly one. It is somewhat challenging for me. I get suggestions too from why readers. Hehe.

I read magazines to inspire me on what I can write about ... it really helps.

Hah! I have that, too.. Writer's block. MOst of the time, wala talaga akong maisip na isulat. Or, kung meron man, ayos.. but then, pag umupo nako sa harap ng laptop ko, I'd I'd just end up staring at that blinking cursor at the computer screen. :p

Ideas never end. Thoughts never stop. It is the will to write and to do it, that prevents of doing so. But once you've started writing it, you don't know when to park.

I call it frozen mode. I think even the most prolific writers do experience being completely 'void' of worth-writing thoughts.

I experience that many times and I am not bothered at all. I have to switch to other passions like listen to inspiring music or watch a movie or simply enjoy being 'blank'.

Don't worry, you're not alone...it only means one good thing...'that you are indeed thinking'.

Definitely! I get that a lot. Even when I have something to blog about, sometimes the mere words escape me :) Maybe it's just telling us we need to take a break from "too much thinking" sometimes lol

Even our creative juices need a break...If this time comes, we might as well go outside and look for something to inspire us to get our creative fluids keep flowing again.

well, i think most of us bloggers experience that every once in a while..

I've been to that phase a lot of times. I just let it pass by blog-hopping until I feel like writing again. Cheers sis! :)
