So I finally did it. I bought a stationary bike. It was either that or a treadmill. But the stationary bike won because 1. the good treadmill brands were huge and it won't fit in our living room and 2. I don't like running.
My new best friend is the simplest and least bulky stationary bike that I've seen on the sports stores that I've looked on. It's still in the box because I've been busy with work the past few days. But when I get home later, I will assemble it already.
Just because I'm planning to buy a life insurance, life insurance costs so much!, it doesn't mean that I can take my health for granted.

Wow exercise to the max ka na nio sis;) We have so many bicycles here so a stationery bike isnt needed. We still enjoy riding our bikes under the sun kasi hehe

That's a good investment! Staying healthy through exercising will surely save us a lot of money; getting sick is costly, so we must always strive to stay healthy.
Start of a healthy life! Given a chance I would want a treadmill instead because if I do indeed bike, I'd like to go out in the city. Marikina is biker friendly and I would like to take advantage of that.

I wish I could afford to buy one as I'm taking my health seriously. I jog and exercise at least 30 minutes a day.
I really need the thin program after I give birth. I am so big now in my pregnancy, I think I am going to go for treadmill and jogging exercises.
awww...I had one which hubby took out and put into the cellar lol. I love them stationary bikes! Now if only I get him to bring mine up again, lol.
Good for you sis. We have a couple of exercise equipment here in the house and it is a matter of willpower to use it.
Good for you. I am planning to have this one too..but with a different brand of course. Treadmill is bulky and won't fit our home.
Really good investment. Im also on a "thinning" program under my personal trainer in the gym. Haha!
I'm quite lucky because I don't have to be conscious about my figure. I have love handles but I can still manage my weight now. I have fast metabolism so I just have to be careful with fatty foods and those with high cholesterol content. Exercise is still a must for me.
I would love to have both a treadmill or a bike. Treadmills are ideal when it's the cold season and bikes of course during summer ans spring. :)
