belly fat gone forever! how?

There are a lot of ways to get rid of stomach fat. But the BEST way is exercise combined with eating the right kinds (and the right amount) of food.

Cardio exercise is probably the best exercise to achieve a flat belly. Doing cardio exercises helps the body burn more calories. Burning more calories mean losing more fat which include fat around the stomach area. Crunches also helps tone the muscles thus helping achieve a flat belly faster.

Eating the right kind of food helps eliminate fat formation in our body. Fruits, vegetables as well as small portion of carbohydrates and protein-rich food will help pave the way to a healthy and sexier body.
