President Obama visited one of Egypt’s most famous landmarks, the Great Pyramids of Giza, after delivering a major speech aimed at Muslims around the world. The great pyramid is one of the Seven Wonders of the World.The President was led around by Dr. Zahi Hawass, the secretary general of the supreme council of antiquities. He also explained to Pres. Obama the history outside and inside the pyramids.
“That looks like me! Look at those ears!”, the President said while looking at a hieroglyphic on one of the tombs. Dr. Hawass went on to explain to the President and his entourage the history of the tomb of Kar, who was a priest, a scholar and a judge.When his aides descended into the tomb, Obama went back over and showed them his ear-y twin, sparking laughs.
